Looking for Outlook 2003 shortcut

Does anyone know a shortcut way of transferring loads of email addresses currently in my "Sent Items" folder into a new address book.

I can export this folder selecting name and email address into a comma separated text file but can't find a way of importing to a new address book.

To do this one at a time is far too daunting a task.

Any Ideas Please?

Create a new empty Contact list (address book) in OLK3 and then use file ->import to import the CSV to the new contact list.

Many thanks to those who responded, but I managed to work it out.
My solution was similar to cmeagan656 response but with the additional use of Excel to filter duplicates as Outlook Import didn't achieve this very well.
