looking for foward line 1,2,3 DIDs to line 4 DID

Hello,

Looking for forward 3 lines to 1. The 3 lines are active did's but not programmed to a phone. The line 4 did is programmed to a phone.

I was thinking creating 3 phantom TN's and forward those to line 4.

Am I on the right track?

Here is the programming i have. It still rings twice and gets a fast busy. Does the 6410 need to be programmed into the system? Or does it just have to be active on the PRI

6410 is active - it is on this TN, so it is programmed into the system.

5787 has to exist on a phone - does it? Can you dial 5787 from another phone in the same PBX as "096 0 00 03"

NO CLS entries required other than what is there, but I';d like to see a LD22 REQ PRT TYPE DNB on 5787, from the same PBX that "96 0 00 03" is in.

Two rings then Fast Busy sounds like 5787 is more than just a DN...it's as if it is CFW'd out or is a CDP number.

I'm still not positive what PBX these DNs are in, and are they in the same or different PBXs

i just tried forwarding a number that is on the same PRI and it worked.

The branch has a bcm50 which functions as a SRG. All the lines home into the cs1000(where 5787 is located).

Ah HA! Just as I suspected I don't know how you're going to do it.

"All the lines home into" - not sure what that maeans in Nortel terms. But that IDC idea is starting to look better all the time.

instead of using a IP TN license you can use a Data TN on a digital card
