Looking for direction after Updates SASSAR.

Hello All,
I am looking for help w/ the SASAR Virus. I recently started my PC and I received a splash that informed me that I had an issue …I clicked OK to report the trouble and after completed took me to a the Microsoft site for SASAR removal….and did not read everything and now have bigger issues…I installed all on the Microsoft updates…and now the PC will not restart…I push the start button and the lights flicker for about 13 seconds and go out….Now I have no idea what to do….Please point me in the right direction….Thanks!!!

Can you boot into safe mode? If so, boot up and then allow it to shut down completely. Then restart.

When you boot up, does your system POST? How many beeps do you hear?

Open the case and ensure your memory is seated properly and that all fans are running.
