Hey there could anyione help me out. I bought a SGI Octane off of ebay hope to receive it anyday now :) but it appears that it has no OS installed and for the $53.00 = Shipping I paid for it I would be suprised if it came with one. Any way does anyone know where I could aquire an inexpensive copy of IRix hopfuly one I can upgrade with the latest overlays. I don't have a lot of money but if someone could mp me of email me It would be great. thanks

Well I just thought that I would let anyone reading this thread, that I bought an Unopened and Unregestered copy of Irix 6.5.22 on Ebay today for only $132.50 + $10.00 in shipping. it's the full version something like 13 disks, I'm looking forward to getting it.
