We want to download PDF's from an internet site (either when the pdf's are updated or on a scheduled basis) to a designated page on our corporate intranet.

Does anyone have code or know of share/free ware that will accomplish this?

Is there a problem with just linking to the PDFs from your own corporate site, or are you thinking of their bandwidth?

The largest concern is not bandwidth (though that is a minor concern). A good portion of our employees do not have access to the internet.

The intranet is their only option to review the PDFs.

I think there is a control (might be the inet control) that can be used for FTP sessions - that might allow you to go what you're asking...
