Looking for a Web Host to host my web site

I am looking for a new Web Host since my current Host is very lousy. There will be web forms, so I will need CGI capabilities.

Does anyone know of any Hosts that support ALL or MOST of the following features?

* Ammount of disk space is not important
* Email POP accounts is not important
* CGI
* Sendmail
* ASP
* MYSQL
* FrontPage Server Extensions
* 24/7 FTP access
* Password protected directories
* Server Side Includes (SSI’s)
* 24/7 Tech Support ideally with 1-800 number, or an extremely reliable staff that will respond to your request in a timely fashion.

This is a Personal Web and not for business, so I am looking to spend under $100 a year. I already have a registered Domain Name, so getting one will not be necessary.

I'd be happy to host you at my site. I may ask somewhere down the road that you place a banner up or something for me, but right now, I'll give you free reign of some of my space. CGI, on a Red Hat Linux server. I can even give you a subdomain (yourname.hornrimmedglasses.net). Send me the URL to your site, and I'll check it out and see what I can do for you.
