Looking for a solution to Error (0x8004010F)

This is the actual message I get when synchronizing laptops to the offline settings in Outlook:
Task Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004010F) : 'The operation failed. An object could not be found.'

I have looked in Technet, and checked the Internet. Plus when you look at the message it states the Offline address book could not be found. Here is an excerpt from the Synch log:

20:33:57 0X8004010F


Here is my system layout. Running Exchange 5.5sp4 on NT4.0 sp6a. Most users are on Outlook 2000 or above.
As well as the remote users on Windows2000 or above.
Need help. Been battling for 3 months.

Do you still get the error after you manually regenerate the OAB?

Do you happen to have the information, or know where I can find the information on how to regenerate or recreate the OAB? Microsoft's information is so vague. So the answer to your question is how do I do that?
