I'm just looking for different name brands that will work. We typically use Tranzeo in our hotel applications. But with the poured concrete and size we need something beefier for this application. Just looking for suggestions.

With a building the size you are describing, I believe you will need to use multiple access points to provide any kind of coverage.

You will definitely need multiple access points...look at the engenius wireless bridges/access points to see if it meets your needs, they are pretty long range.
