Can anyone point me to a good glossery of terminology.

TN

DN
CDN
ACD
ect ect ect

I'm comfortable with what everything does since I got the job of "phone guy" dropped on my lap but would like to have a better understanding of the terms.

Thx

Newton's Telecom Dictionary is a great source of information. Just remember that some of Nortel's stuff is more proprietary and may not be listed, or match exactly, what Newton's states.

check with nortel to see if they have cdts that might help, and your right there are only a few thousand that are in common use.
