Looking ASCII to TIFF or PDF

I am looking for a utility to convert ASCII files to either TIFF or PDF in an IBM AIX box.

hi,
a way to follow is to convert your TXT file to a
PS (postscript) one, then convert this in PDF.

To perform 1st step you can use a2ps

You can do the 2nd step using:

Adobe distiller (no free)

you can convert from txt to pdf in one step....

not free software... but free to try

you can run
enscript -pASII.ps ASCII.txt
but I failed to convert when the ascii file contain Chinese character.
any suggestion is welcome.

The enscript is in the AIX installation CD 1.
The package is transcript.
