Looked out of Element Manager

Element manager will not recognize my password. I keep getting a message saying

"Exception occurred when trying to connect
Cannot log on to device. Please check the user ID and password and try again."

I have logged in using the default password last week. The password has not been changed. Help!

Have you tried using the browser to log onto the main page?. If that works, then you might have to reboot the BCM.

Found it. External keyboard error . Lost 5 pounds of sweat but got it fixed.
