Longest Waiting hunt group - user logged into another site gets no calls

Hey guys - have a strange issue on our 7 site SCN (IP500v2 all running R10.1.5). We have a main hunt group on 1 site setup as longest waiting with several users across the 7 sites. Everything works great when all the users are at their primary phones. However when we have user who travels to another site, and logs into a different phone with their credentials - they no longer receive hunt group calls. They can make calls and receive calls intended for their extension only just fine; but calls into the hunt group will no longer ring that extension. I'm assuming its something with the idle timer not being able to determine when they are logged into a different IPO site? Anyone have any suggestions or idea's?
 
What type of linesbare they? They should be IP Office lines.

Yes all 7 IPO's are fully mesh connected using IP Office lines.
 
I am seeing a similar issue running 11.0.4.0.0 build 74. I have a longest wait hunt group that services a call center that is split between multiple locations. The primary location gets the calls back the second location is not getting calls they will either get answered by the local staff or gets bounced to voicemail before it ever rings on their phone. Were you able to get this resolved on your side?
