Long Synchronizing

Try this:
Run the following commands
ovstop netmon
ovw -mapcount -ruDR
ovtopofix -chs
Run these commands first the ovw then the ovtopofix several times, maybe 5 or 6.
the run:
ovstart netmon
ovw -fields
xnmsnmpconf -clearC
See if that helps.

What did you do to fix DNS? I run ov 6.2 om a Solaris system. I set up bind on the Solaris box to be a secondary to my W2K DNS machines. I zone transfer from the W2K machines and have /etc/resolv.conf pointing to the solaris machine first. Worked ok for a long time but is failing since I turned on DNS scavenging in the W2K boxes. Any suggestions?
