Long Faxes Cutting Off

Customer is a law firm that routinely receives long faxes (i.e. 20 or more pages). When going thru the G3s system's analog port out to Time Warner PRI circuits, faxes are getting cut off or getting garbled after about 15 pages or so. Has anyone experienced this sort of problem before and how was it resolved?

check your switch synchronization. use 'ch sync' command and see whether it is set at all, if not then set the primary sync source to ds1 board connected to provider.

Thanks dwalin! I checked and there was no entry for either the primary or the secondary. I added the board for the primary and will monitor the results. Thanks Again!

do not forget to status syn to make sure it is timing off the dsi board you added
