Long Distance - Sending Caller Party Number 1

I am using a 9N shortcode with NsiXXXXXXX for sending a caller ID on outbound calls. This works well for local calls, but when I dial long distance (9+1+area+7digits) it sends another number, one that looks like we set in ARS. When I check the call route, it is calling upon the 9N shortcode so I am not sure what i am missing to send the digits associated with the shortcode.

I read this several times but I just don't quite get what you mean. Can you please rephrase this.

It is likely an ARS set CLI(probably the 1N shortcode in the ARS table). If the user has a custom 9N shortcode it could be pointed to a different ARS table so check for that.

Thank you for the ARS tip, I did have the user code pointing to our main ARS table instead of my DID ARS table. I moved it over and we are good now.
