Long Distance Code - Reports

Is there a way to report on the frequency a Long Distance Code is used? Attempting to prevent the sharing of or use of a widely known code.

I assign all my auth codes to each classroom extensions in CDR (call detail report). When a teacher calls LD from another phone using there auth ocde its assoiciated with the extension the auth code was assign too. I am able to track the use of the auth code that way.

Thank You rflores69 appreciate your response. our codes are assigned to individuals which I can see now is not the best method.
