Long Distance Carrier

I used to have a phone number I can dial to find out the long distance carrier of a line. I was wondering if any of you guys have that information.

Im calling from San Francisco California, it saids disconnected already.

1-700-555-4141 gives you the LD pic, 4242 gives you the 'intralata toll' pic with some carriers (but doesn't work with all)
