Hi,

I've had an issue start up without any config changes or previous issues with this.

When i Dial out on the SIP lines it takes a good 1.5 minutes before the call goes through.
I noticed i will dial 9xxx-xxx-xxxx and i will display the number but all i hear is dead air, on System status it show the set taking the ARS SIP route and no digits appear but if i wait about a minute and a half the digits apear and the call goes through.

I have 2 sip accounts with different providers programmed on 2 different short codes and 2 different ars routs and they both do the same so it's not the SIP provider.

My dial delay time is set to 2 which has always worked before .

I have a BCM 50 running on the same network and using the same internet do i know it's not the ISP.

The IPO is a 9.0 .

Any ideas?
Thanks

I have had he same complaint from a customer, a reboot solved it.
To me it looks like a bug in 9.0.

Addendum..
The IP Phones did not had this problem though..

Do you have the SIP domain as IP or DNS? If I remember correctly it has to do a DNS check when it tries to make a call out, even though it has resolved the address before, and it could be a name resolution delay...maybe. Just a thought. I've had the issue on my sip trunks before, even at 8.1. I haven't tried this "fix" but it seems like it might work.

I did an upgrade to 9.0.1.0.845 and it fixed it.

Thanks Guys!
