Lone Tone when calling Via IP Line

Hi all,

I have a IPO 412 (4.1.15) using a E1 IP Line and when calling out the tone cadence seems very long. Im in Ireland and so I set the Locale to United Kingdom (UK English).

Is there any other settings i should be looking at?
