London Voice Carrier Options

I currently have a Cable & Wireless E1 Voice Circuit in my Definity located in London. I need to look into replacing Cable & Wireless with someone else. Does anyone know the top tier voice carriers for the London area? I am already speaking with Vodafone, anyone else? Need to look for supreme reliability.
