other than list trace are there any other logs that can be pulled form the Avaya S87xx.
We keep having these "disappearing" ACD calls and would like to know what the Avaya is doing with them.

Thanks Mike but those don't really help. I have calls ringing and disappearing completely at random and I would like to see something like a list trace on the trunk, station or VDN. The problem is I never know what station it will ring at or what trunk it will come in on. It is always the same VDN but that trace wont run continually and I never know when it is going to happen.
I was (am) curious if there were another logs kept int he switch where I might find similar information.

I don't know it the Avaya is miss directing calls or if the Positron equipment is producing random ringing that looks like a call coming in.
