I have just started to have a logon script issue on my server. When the client pc's signon, I have a logon script that maps server drives. It just now started to ask for a username and password to the server, even after they use their username and password to signon to their pc's.

Anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it?

Thanks!

Just a thought but you might want to check the NTFS permissions on the login script and on the folder that it is in. I had a problem like this once with the login script not running. Just a thought!

check the share permissions for the users as share permissions takes precedence in server 2003.

Have the computers that are on this network having other domain issues? Can you manually add these mapped drives? I'm thinking this is a domain issue, as I'm pretty sure you didn't change any permissions, especially when you've had them working in the past...You may need to rejoin the PC's to the domain.

Well, I checked the permissions, and they looked ok. I rebooted the server and everything seems to be working ok now. Maybe it was just a ghost.

I am still having some problems with printers shared as "everyone", but that is not as big a problem as the mapped drives.

Thanks for the help.
