Please help, I have a full windows 2000 environment, my workstations have windows professional on them, i can logon on to the domain fine, but i can't logon on to the local computer, it gives me an error, you can't logon interactively, i have checked the logon locally and everything. please help..i am sure it is something simple..but i can't figure it out...please help!, thanks in advance,

Thanks

Either create a user locally or manage the PC and add a local user. You can log on to the domain with any authorised user, because the domain has a record of the user. When you logon locally there has to be a record of the user locally.
If you have already gone into local security policy and allowed the user rights to logon locally, a quick fix can be to add that user to the print operator group.

This is usually a secuirty restriction imposed bythe admin, you will need to remove this restriction, search the help and KB for info about this one...quite common in new setups.
