I have a logo that is suppose to transition into a rotating text(ie Free shipping) help!

You could just make an animated .gif file. I like animation shop. You can get a FREE functional demo from

http://www.jasc.com.

Put the logo in one frame and the text in another.

Another option is using div tags and swap the content (either the image or the text) between the tags every second or so. Let me know and I'll post the code if you want to go this way.

I looked a little more closly at the page you gave as an example and they used an animated .gif. I definatly recommend this.
