Logo printing on Micros 3700 customer receipts

Hi,

Have been trying to add the café logo on to the customer receipt. Followed the instructions 12KB size monochrome bitmap image copied to the right folder and done the changes on the headers under descriptors on the POS configurator. The logo cuts off on the bottom or is extremely small and next to impossible to read.

Also on the trailer, need to add an image of T&C since its a bilingual T&C-this also does not print.

Help please...

I'm much more familiar with Aloha, but we just took a Micros location and we had a similar issue (logo was being cut off). --- Dealer told me to manually put the logo (correctly sized) in two folders instead of letting it auto-upload on its own (and it worked for us). The folders were MICROS\RES\POS\Bitmaps folders -and- the MICROS\RES\CAL\WS5A\Files\CF\Micros\Bitmaps (and then restart the WS5/5a workstations) and then reload the Database.

- Not sure why this worked because I literally replaced the exact same file (size and all) and it fixed it... Oh well, good luck!​

As far as the trailer, the Micros dealer went to a regional manager for confirmation and we found out unfortunately that the Epson thermal receipt printers at this location do not support two logos at once. Not sure if it's the same case for you or not, but we wanted the company logo at the top and a "Find us on Facebook/Twitter" Logo on the bottom... The Aloha system does it with their printers though, so I going to believe the Micros dealer that this is a printer limitation more so than a POS limitation.

Will try and let you know. we are using the TM-88 printers from Epson--which model was the one at the location?

Same --- (Epson Thermal TM-T88V) ... As another FYI, (going off what the regional guy for Micros said) that printer does not support a memory upgrade that could handle two logos and the only option for us (which we opted not to do just to put a facebook logo on the receipt) was to go to a new printer for each terminal.
