logo on outgoing outlook2002 emails

I have created a couple of photoshop .gif files. when I use the stationary picker in outlook I have problems with the logo displaying properly.
1/ It either replicates itself on the page
2/ Or When I recieve a reply the sender information is ontop of the logo.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
