Login with account Sales on NS700

I need to access the NS700 UK version V.9 with the Sales account to change the tone settings to European ones.
I have already tried with the following parameters:
USERNAME *Sales001*
PASSWORD *Sales#1234
But i didn't have success.
How can i try?

You need to change 1234 with your real INSTALLER Password - its just a placeholder.

For example when your INSTALLER pw is: acab007 or 2407

Then the sales pw is: *Sales#acab007
or *Sales#2407

I tried that too to no avail but am trying to access the US v9
Is that different?

How about asking the installer to make 4u those changes else reprogram
