Login to CM and do maintanance without Avaya Site Administration tool

I have a remote site without ASA tool, is there any other tool or way to connect to Communication manger and add stations. I need a long list of approval to install ASA as its a government office.

You can use the Native Configuration Manager from a browser.

tried that but i got the message that server time out after entering the username and password

customer has a avaya aura contact centre, session manager, communication manager, SBC and all the stuff..

they replace the pc on which ASA was installed. all the aacc tools are reinstalled, can i do anything from these tools...

i need to release an extension, because on of the agent is not able to login, i cant delete him because the system says he is logged in.

telnet to the procr or clan over port 5023, or over port 23 and then type 'autosat' once you're in. use 'w2ktt' as the emulator, and then you're in just like asa (well, almost)...

putty will allow ssh and telnet to ports 5022 and 5023 for SAT administration using the active server IP address and terminal type "sunt"
