Hi,

Has anyone managed to run Network Login Scripts when connected over a VPN??

Much Appreciated,

It depends - if you're using MS PPTP VPN then you can invoke logon using dial-up networking and specify the VPN connection as the dial-up connection. This works a treat via broadband or through a remote LAN and even works via dial-up, provided you have configured your VPN connection to invoke a seperate dial-up connection.

I've not managed to get it working using our 3rd party VPN client.

I use the VPN supplied within Windows XP. I do have it configured to invoke a seperate dial-up connection first.

Do you mean to say that when you reach the CTRL+ALT+DEL screen, you tick the dial-up box first then log in as normal then do the dial-up??

Cheers,
