login problem

Hi

I use HP insight 7sp2
I ve just install a new server, when I connect to the web interface the aproduct ask me to login

my login is administrator with administrator password

I 've no problem to logged in but, when I try to move a threshold, I can't ??

in the botom of the window I have this information

"Setting Thresholds: Thresholds cannot be set due to access limitations."

and I logged in with administrator account ??

You must enable the SNMP Sets in the compaq management agents icon which is located in the control pannel of the remote server you like to set the threshold. When asked to restart the agents tell yes. then you will be able to set the threshold of the disk.

I had the same issue. In addition to the SMNP Sets, you need to have an entry in tne SNMP security settings with READ_CREATE permissions. When I had this issue, the only entry I had was Public-READ_ONLY.
