Login Problem in CDOM

Hello All...I know this is a known issue. Cannot login to cdom. I connect directly into the services port on the s8300 and get to the login prompt via putty ssh. admin-admin01, root-root01, cust-cust01 does not work now. Known issue is with the ldap service either stopped or corrupted. Any ideas if I can use a "backdoor" to access so I can at least look to see if ldap has stopped and try and restart???

Essentially you have no option but to perform a hard reset, then update to 6.0.3.3.3 or later.
