i have a login page which checks for the username and password and if in the database it links to a new page.
Now my problem is that whenever i click the submit button a security alert is shown which is pretty disturbing. Is there any way out to disable this through javascript. Please help

What do you mean only locally? As in on a lan intranet? The door to life is never locked, but few have the knowledge to open it.

Yes, I play with the WSH in VB all the time using the FileSystemObject.
I got most of my info reading a (paper) copy of the "I Love You" virus, which we were inflicted with last year. I managed to leep a paper copy of it so I could follow his logic and undo all he did. The door to life is never locked, but few have the knowledge to open it.

Hi, this is gonna sound EXTREMELY stupid next to al the comments about JS and SSL, but I received the same question when sening a form from my site, and it's disabled simply by adding the hidden attribute. If this would be applicable to your program I have no clue what it is SQL or whatever. But on my form I simply added

<input type=&quot;hidden&quot; name=&quot;recipient&quot; value=&quot;joewardell@hotmail.com&quot;>

Anyway, sorry if this is completely irrelevent, just thought someone may not have thought of the VERY basics!
