hi when i call a agentID from local extension or loginid

i have the name of the agentid displayed and the word Renvoi in the LCD of 6408D+

who can i suppresse this word

i.e : Elmejahid,Rachid

On the first page of the hunt group form you can change it to send "hunt-grp" or Member-name". Change this to member name and leave the members name off their station form. This should do it.

Where does "Renvoi" appear in your system? Trunk group name, maybe?
