can anyone explain why the agent login/logout report by skill would show some logging out and then logging right back in when i know they did not physically touch there phone and no skill changes were made.
Are you sure they are not logging out then in. That is common for agents to do if they don't want to take ACD calls. By logging out then in they are now not the most idel agent and will not take then next acd call. Just a thought...
i am pretty sure they arent. i will activate a trace and see if that shows anything. obviously, if they are physically logging in and out then the agent ID would need to be entered.
