Logi into an Option 11

I relocated an Option 11 rel. 25.40 to a new facility-
It would seem that the TTY's are disabled-
I receive output from the switch but I'm not able to login
I'm also not able to determine if a Matin. phone is provisioned on the switch-
I tried the 191 to log into a digital station and 19 produces a busy tone-

Any help would be great-

If not already Connect to TTY 0
make sure your Baud rate matches that of the SSC card
Make sure you have nul modem between PBX and TTY
Make sure TTY is talking to correct port


Hit enter - do you get a responce? OVL1111?

if no responce, INI switch - now do you get responce?

Was able to use a maint. phone
found that SPRE was 11 not 1
Was then able to enable the TTY 0
