Hi all,

Hope I can get help for this. Here is the scenario: a 2616 phone, configured for an ACD and it doesn't have a headset. Usually, the receiver must be off-hook before an agent can log in. My user wants to know whether he/she can log in without the receiver being off-hook and the status remains regardless of whether the receiver is on or off-hook until she/he manually log-off.

If you are not useing a headset you will have to take the handset off hook to log in and then you can put it back down once they have log in I think that what you are asking.
