Logging of changes

I have a CS1000 at my main office and another at a remote site. Additionally, I have Option 11's at 5 other sites. I want to know if there is a log of the accounts that have logged into these switches and the changes they have made? I have Putty set up to log on my machine but that only records logins from my machine. I want to be able to recover information regarding anyone that has logged into any facility from anywhere. Basically, I want to be able to follow up on my service vendors. Any assistance is appreciated.
