Logged Off Immediately after Data Change

I am getting logged out after I add a new name in LD 95, but it happens in LD 20 when I make a change as well. As soon as I get confirmation that the change is complete, within 5 seconds the system logs me out. This seemed to start when the Customer was making changes to the PBX through the Avotus system they use. That system is a software program that allows someone who is less familiar with the Nortel Programming to make changes through a TTY port. I have reset the TTY and even rebooted the CS1000 last night. Any help is appreciated.
