log4cxx.dll missing

Hello all, user is on a WinXPPro box w/ sp2, using Office 2k3. User is local admin. When opening Outlook, received error message "failed to start because log4cxx.ddl was not found". I have run the repair function within Outlook, with no change.I have uninstalled and reinstalled MS Office with no change. Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance.

Have you searched for that DLL (I'm assuming you mean DLL, not DDL) and tried to manually register it?

regsvr32 log4cxx.dll

When I try to manually register it, I get a "module could not be found" error. When I try to look for information on it, all I've been able to locate are downloads which make me kind of nervous. Thanks for the response.
