Log shows Power Supply Installed 1

Around 5 to 7 times a day we get an event in the logs that shows Power supply 1 installed. We only have one power supply, so it seems really odd that this keeps happening. The controller never seems to lose power, but we do have some weird issues around the same time that this happens.

I've seen this happen before as well. Normally at that point I'll just replace the power supply module as a precautionary measure.
