Log out Issues

Does anyone know how to log out of a 9608?? I've looked through the features menu, tried *36, reset the phone and still can't stop the ext from logging on. I've successfully logged out of other IP models with plenty of success.

Do you want to logoff a user or the extension on the phone?
For the last one then you need to press the mute button (and release it) and type craft.
then go to logoff and there you go.

First you press the mute button on an idle phone and then you type craft.
Then scroll down until you see logoff.
then select it and you are done.
