log on to remote computer

How can I logon to remote workstation ?
I have administrator rights and tried to logon to one of the workstations on my LAN network using remote desktop connection but I couldn't , anyone know how can i do that?
both computers with XP pro.

check on system properties (my computer> right click > properties) and see it you have enabled the remote connection function.
it isnt enabled by default

Also in Computer Management(local)->Local Users and groups->Groups, make sure that the users of remote desktop are members of the remote desktop users group
