Log into Call Pilot with my laptop

Help Please

Someone changed the IP of the call pilot and when I hook up DB9 I get a login screen but I dont have a user or pass

isn't there a way to make it display the IP via DB9 without logging in?

and if I do get the IP how can I reset the user pass

Sorry man...my bad...start over,.,.,.just a MICS with a call pilot 100 or 150, opens up like a clam, old legacy stuff

Oh & yea ,.,.,.I love that site. I looking for a quick answer though, not trying to read a manual
