Why but it all depends on how things are setup. By default all phones log their default users back on automatically after a reboot, so either you have hot deskers/call center agents or have reporgrammed in some way if that isn't happening.
Against each extension is an Extension Number. That matches the number of the extension's default user who is automatically logged on to the phone after a reboot unless they are set to Forced Login.
Delta Sever has a little trick, it can automatically log people other than the default user back on following a reboot, ie. it knows who is logged on where. That trick probably only applies to users set to Forced Login.
