Hi

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to post data about NOT answered calls in a logfile (like smdr/cil) or direct into a database using MD110 BC12?

I would like to know the a-number of every incoming phonecall that has not been able to talk to us, even if they have ended up in a ACD-queue with to long wait-time.

The N-Log function on a single telephone is not enough if its not possible to log the data into a logfile or a database..

Please, give me hint. Is this possible or not?

Hi,

Yes... You need some call logging software to help get at the report your after.

When settings up CIL one of the commands allows LOGFAL and LOGABN

CLOHI:FILE=,FORM=,DMPSIZ=[,DISCR=][,LOGABN=][,LOGFAL=][,HRTBT=];

Log failed calls. Provides option to log or not to log failed calls (calls to busy party and calls to vacant numbers).

Log abandoned calls. Provides option to log or not to log abandoned calls.

Regards
Isinor
