Log all incoming outgoing calls

We are looking for some software which will work with Mitel 3300ICPs and it needs to log all incoming and outgoing calls.

It needs to be real-time, or as near, and allow reporting against the data.

We have used Elephant before and a reseller-branded software (i.e. if the reseller was called Banana, the software was called Mitel Banana Call Logging) but we are looking for something a bit more 'stable' and reliable.

Any suggestions?

we already use ccm for agent control and monitoring on our call center. i cant see how we can use it to monitor calls on the site?

I checked the website too and can't see anything there either, a step in the right direction would be most appreciated.

Are you looking for something that will generate reports or just looking for the data.

If you already use CCM you are able to datamine the SMDR records for generalized data but you need to know what you are looking for.

To generate reports you can add the call accounting application to CCM. Personally, I am not a fan of the application as I find it very difficult to work with but already having CCM reduces the issues.

There are other Call Accounting applications out there that can do the job better and easier but it comes down to how much you want to spend. My favorite vendor in Genesis for ease of implementation and simple/flexible reports. You can check them out at buygenesis.com

thanks for the replying. we would prefer not to use the ccm as we arent particular fans of the general user interface and as we would require users, not just admin\ict to use it, we dont think it would be ideal.

We are looking for something that will collect the data from the SMDR and allow us to report on that i.e. by extensions, duration etc. all the typical.

We have several offices where it might be open plan but have 5 different teams working which control 5 different telephony budgets. if we had a report, we could say 35% of the bill for this team etc. we also want to be able to spot abuse of the phones to see if someone is making non-business calls for long durations.

We've looked at oak reports 09 but we can't pinpoint why we dont like it.

I'll check out genesis and see if thats any good.

We've had pretty good luck with "CASH".
The software can be colo and gets its info via ethernet instead of silly old serial ports...
