I have someone who wants to be able to lock job numbers in reference to weekly payroll. If she has a sheet listing all job numbers that she references to time cards and the job closes, can she lock that line of the job number while leaving the rest alone? The idea is to catch errors when employees are applying time to dead jobs. She has no way of keeping track of the closed ones, but manually.
