Locking phone set while away

Is there any way to lock a phone set (besides disabling the set) to keep people from forwarding the phone?

what's keeps happening is certain people like to forward other peoples phones to voicemail while they are away from thier desk, and then when the person returns they have no idea that thier phone has been forwarded.

Check out the "Electronic lock network wide/ electronic lock on private lines" feature.
It alowes the user to lock/unlock his/heres phone when they want.

find the user that is forwarding the phone and break his/her fingers.. it only takes once.

I have a person sitting next to me whose phone is always ringing and this person always turns there ringer way up. I can't blame someone for forwarding a phone next to them that is always ringing. Very annoying.
