Locking keypad on Avaya phones at IPO

I am looking for way to lock keypad on phones (to make agent use CC User Interface application). I could not find such feature on IPO side nor for particular h.323 Avaya phones (there are some optional settings but only for SIP phones). Any suggestion (have IPO R 10.1 ).

....... if it is not documented it does not excists.

Avaya presume that professioanls use their equipment and know what they are doing and follow corporate rules.

So tell the customer to instruct the agents to only use the application and keep their fingers from the phone.

If there is no technical solution for such request it will be solved by brutal force - pulling out keypads or cutting fingers
