I apparently have an infinite loop in one of my control procedures, so I can't get back into the DB to fix it. The DB is set to startup with opening the form, which then executes the loop. How do I get myself out of this? I need to get into the procedure code to fix the loop, but I don't know how without opening the DB.

Help!

Thanks,
Charlie

Have you tried repeatedly pressing [Ctrl] and [Break] together, after starting the database? Depending on the type of loop, this may interrupt processing and give you a message with an [End] or [Cancel] button on it.

Try opening the database while holding down the shift key, which will pull up just the main database window. The go into the main Form in Design view and knock out the loop.
